Presentation Day Information
CHANGE OF VENUE
Due to reasons beyond our control we will be moving sundays presentation to Mihkelson Reserve Maslin Cr Quakers Hill.
* Presentation of awards will commence at 10.45am sharp. Please do not ask what time your team will receive their awards as we will be running through all the teams, NOT in age order. This is an ALL DAY EVENT. So please bring chairs, porta shades and make sure your kids have a hat and sunscreen on.
* All Miniroos and junior players that attend on the day will receive a trophy, a wristband for the rides, a sausage sandwich and a show bag. If you have other children coming they too can purchase a wristband, sausage sandwich and *show bag (Subject to availability) for a cost of $10, payable on the day. CASH ONLY.
* All children must be supervised at all times and a parent / guardian must be present at the presentation.
* Rides will commence at the end of the presentation of awards.
* For those wanting something tasty to eat on the day Ponds FC sponsor RIBS N BURGERS will have a food van at the presentation selling food. Drinks and snacks will also be available for purchase. CASH ONLY.
*Blessed Be Bags, a food hamper charity, will be there on the day taking donations of Non Perishable Food items to go in hampers. Please bring something along with you. They will also be selling cakes. CASH ONLY.
* Parking will be limited, please ensure that you are considerate to our neighbours and park legally.
* First Aid tent is located at the Ponds FC tent.
*Team photos will be handed out at presentation.
* If players are unable to attend Presentation Day, they can collect their trophy and photos only AFTER presentation day, on Monday 10 Oct - 12 Dec between 7pm - 8pm at Mihkelson Reserve Quakers Hill.
